By leaving a bequest to Dementia Foundation for Spark of Life in your Will, you become a partner in our life-changing work. Those leaving a bequest are known as ‘Honoured Friends' and are recognised, honoured and personally thanked for their generosity.

Bequests made to Dementia Foundation for Spark of Life are primarily used for providing education, resources and scholarships to educate carers and family members which will directly benefit the person with dementia here and now. Your bequest offers a gift of hope to future generations of Australians.

A Will is an important document and we recommend that you seek advice from a practising legal professional to ensure that your accumulated or inherited assets will be distributed in accordance with your wishes.

We suggest the following wording for your documentation:

I leave to the to Dementia Foundation for Spark of Life the sum of $............/or percentage/the whole of the residue of my estate (complete as appropriate) AND DECLARE IT IS MY WISH but without imposing any legal obligation upon the Dementia Foundation for Spark of Life that the monies arising from this bequest be used and applied as the Dementia Foundation for Spark of Life sees fit.
